At Handmadegiftgift, we are committed to providing high-quality online art education. We understand that sometimes a course may not meet your expectations. This Return Policy explains your rights and our procedures regarding refunds for our online painting and drawing courses.
Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund if you meet the following conditions:
- You request a refund within 14 days of your course enrollment date
- You have completed less than 25% of the course content
- You have not downloaded or accessed a significant portion of the downloadable course materials
- The refund request is made in good faith and not for fraudulent purposes
Refund Timeframe
All refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of your initial course enrollment. The 14-day period begins on the date you first gain access to the course materials. Refund requests submitted after this period will not be considered, except in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and approve your refund request:

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
- You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been processed
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund (typically 5-10 business days)
Upon refund approval, your access to the course materials will be revoked immediately.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Courses accessed for more than 25% of the total content
- Refund requests submitted after the 14-day period
- Downloaded course materials that have been saved to your device
- Certificates of completion that have already been issued
- Any promotional or discounted courses purchased during special sales, unless otherwise stated
- Gift purchases (refunds must be requested by the original purchaser)
Partial Refunds
In certain circumstances, we may offer partial refunds at our discretion. This may occur if:
- You have accessed between 25% and 50% of the course content
- Technical issues prevented you from accessing the course for a significant portion of the refund period
- There are extenuating circumstances that we determine warrant a partial refund
Any partial refund amount will be determined on a case-by-case basis and communicated to you before processing.
Course Cancellations
If Handmadegiftgift cancels a course before you have completed it, you will be entitled to a full refund regardless of how much of the course you have accessed. We will notify you via email if a course you are enrolled in is cancelled, and we will process your refund automatically within 10 business days.
Technical Issues
If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing your course, please contact our technical support team immediately. We will work to resolve the issue promptly. If we are unable to resolve the technical issue within a reasonable timeframe and it significantly impacts your ability to use the course, you may be eligible for a refund or course extension, at our discretion.
Disputes and Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Chargebacks can result in additional fees and may affect your ability to enroll in future courses. We are committed to working with you to resolve any concerns you may have.
Gift Purchases
If you purchased a course as a gift, refunds must be requested by the original purchaser using the same payment method. The gift recipient cannot request a refund directly. The same 14-day refund policy applies to gift purchases.
Payment Plan Refunds
If you enrolled in a course using a payment plan:
- Refunds will be calculated based on the amount paid to date
- Future payment installments will be cancelled upon refund approval
- The refund will be processed to the original payment method
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
